Prescription Refills:You or your pharmacy may phone in prescription refills to either office. Press extension 18 to reach our refill line. Please allow 24 hours for refills.
Allergy Serum Refills: Please mail or fax refill requests directly to the lab in the Mclean office. The fax # is 703-356-8031. The mailing address is 6888 Elm St. #301, Mclean, VA 22101. All requests should have a signed consent form, a current allergy shot record and a current insurance referral if required by your insurance company. If you wish to get your first shot in our office when picking up a refill, your referral must have 2 visits. You will receive a note in the mail when your serum is ready for pick up. Note: It is our office policy that no allergy shots will be given on the same day as an office visit with the physician.
